§ 23 The open country
23.1 For land allocation for construction and facilities that fall outside sub-area boundaries in the open countryside, a consultation must be carried out with any affected authorities - if they so wish, in advance or in connection with the preparation of a sub-area plan in a municipal plan supplement, as well as other affected parties.
