§ 24 Permits from other authorities
24.1 An area allocation concerns only the land law conditions. Approval from other authorities, including building permits, blasting permits and environmental approval, must be applied for separately.
24.2 The Municipal Council may state in an area allocation that the necessary permits must be obtained in connection with a building, facility, etc., including a building permit, excavation permit, and connection permits to the main sewerage network, as well as electricity, water and telecommunications networks.
24.3 The Municipal Council may state in an area allocation that environmental approval and permission from the veterinary authorities for planned activities must be obtained from the Self-Government.
24.4 It is the land allocation holder's own responsibility to obtain relevant permits, approvals, etc. and submit these to the land authority.
