Permission may be granted for other matters of importance for the implementation of the municipal plan. This condition allows for the land management to take into account, for example, the supply of and access to buildings or building sites that do not border the internal development of the sub-area. For example, if a pipeline has already been laid in areas that serve an area further away, the authorities must have access to this pipeline if it is to be renovated. All costs for such work are paid by the executing party, and the landowner is therefore not subject to financial consequences as a result of this matter. The work will always be carried out in dialogue with those affected by the area, so that the best solution is found for everyone. The landowner(s) will be sent an updated land allocation if the circumstances warrant it.
