§ 20 Dog keeping.
20.1 If dog parks are placed in sub-areas that are designated for dog parks in the municipal plan, a permanent area allocation will be given.
20.2 If dog kennels are placed in sub-areas that are designated in the municipal plan with a use provision other than for dog kennels, but which have not yet been put into use, a time-limited area allocation will be given.
20.3 The bylaws for dog and cat keeping in Municipality Qeqertalik, which are in force at any time, apply and supplement these provisions for the Municipal Council's provisions for area allocations.
20.4 The municipality's usual practice of moving dog kennels will continue, so that the dog kennel owner will receive assistance in moving sheds, dog kennels and other fixed objects. In special cases, financial compensation may be provided.
